We recognise the importance of financial advice when making investment decisions. That is why we only sell our products through Financial Advisers. However we’ve been listening to our customers and know that because of this, customers would like to know a little more about us and hear from us, from time to time.
That's why we've introduced a welcome call to all new customers and a courtesy call to customers on the 2nd year anniversary of taking out their policy. The call takes less than 2 ½ minutes and provides you with a little current information that may be of interest to you as a Clerical Medical customer.
We do our best to call at convenient times eg we don't call during the world cup when England are playing! Or over Christmas and New Year when you’re busy with other things. The calls are made Monday to Friday between 5:30pm and 8:30pm.
