Clerical Medical Fund Managers urge IFAs to 'pick up the phone'
As part of its ongoing commitment to increase communication with IFAs, Clerical Medical has launched a series of fund manager conference calls.
There is an open invite for all IFAs to join the calls, where topics such as the market, investment process and strategy for the Clerical Medical funds, will be discussed. Advisers are required to register ahead of the call to get dial in details.
The first call is scheduled for Tuesday 17th March at mid day. It will be hosted by Mike Pinggera, fund manager for the Clerical Medical Targeted Return Funds. Mike heads the Multi-Asset Group. He oversees and engages in the active management, investment selection and portfolio construction of Insight Investment’s Multi-Asset range of funds.
IFAs can find out more, and get details on how to register for the calls, in the first issue of Clerical Medical's monthly investment newsletter.
To subscribe to the new online newsletter, IFAs should simply email investments@clericalmedical.co.ukor contact their Clerical Medical sales representative. The newsletter itself is a useful information source for IFAs, providing market and fund manager commentary, as well as quick links to the Clerical Medical fund reporting suite.
John Van Der Wielen, managing director at Clerical Medical said
"We've organised this call in response to feedback from IFAs. Investment advisers are increasingly being asked by their clients for advice in current market conditions. We hope IFAs will benefit from hearing directly from some of our most important fund managers."
